The Moment Card can be availed of for only P1,000. Cards are available for individual use only. 
 

The Moment Card must be activated via the official registration policies of the program through the official website before it can be used and points can be earned. During registration, one email address will be counted for one Cardholder. A verification email will be sent to the Cardholder upon registration for final validation, after which the card will be available for use. 
 

After card activation, the Cardholder may choose to either use the Moment Card P500 Discount Coupon OR the Moment Card Discounts. 
 

Cardholders are given one (1) P500 Discount Coupon that the bearer can use in any participating TMG establishment. The coupon value is considered to be used in full with one (1) transaction. Change will not be given for purchases lower than the coupon value. 
 

The Moment Card Discounts can be availed of for every minimum single receipt purchase of P500 for dine-in and take-out transactions at regular price. The

Moment Card is not valid for delivery transactions. 
 

The Moment Card Points can be earned each time the Cardholder transacts using the Moment Card at any participating TMG establishment. Points earned are based on the final bill on the receipt excluding the service charge. 
 

The Moment Card Points can be used to redeem regularly priced menu items only. 
 

No valid Moment Card presented, no discount and no points granted. 
 

The Cardholder may only apply the Moment Card benefit to his/her table or party. 
 

The Moment Card is non-returnable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash. 
 

Cardholder tier status, points, and rewards may be tracked through the official website (www.momentcard.ph). 
 

The Moment Card and P500 Discount Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (Senior Citizen, PWD, Diplomat, and other government mandated discounts) or store promos. The Moment Card and P500 Discount Coupon cannot also be used during blackout dates as posted on the Moment Card official website. 
 

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, a senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher. For split bill transactions, the Moment Card discount will only apply to the bill which is not covered by the Senior Citizen discount. 
 

The Moment Card must be renewed yearly on the card anniversary starting from the date of first use with a 30-day grace period, which will be indicated on the online Cardholder’s profile. Points earned will carry over to the succeeding year but will have a validity of 24 months from the date of first use. The status of earned and redeemable points can be monitored through the official website. 
 

A replacement fee of P200 is required upon validation of lost, stolen, or damaged cards, which will be deactivated immediately upon reporting. Once replaced, the same renewal date will apply for the new card.

Each Cardholder will have a unique Moment Card anniversary, which starts from the date of the card’s first use. The validity of the card runs for 12 months, after which the Cardholder must renew the card at most 30 days from its expiration date. If the Cardholder fails to renew the card before 30 days from their expiration date, the points will automatically reset back to zero, and the Cardholder will start earning points again after renewal. 
 

Upon card renewal, the Cardholder will retain the existing tier status from the previous membership year. Points in this tier must be maintained for the coming year (ex. 75 points for Silver), otherwise the Cardholder will move one level down by the next renewal year. 
 

The Card will be available to all existing Moment Cardholders for a renewal fee, details of which will be made available on the Moment Card official website (www.momentcard.ph). 
 

Cardholders with a Gold Tier status by the end of the card validity will be able to renew the Moment Card free of charge. 
 

In order for the Cardholder to tier up after renewal, s/he must accumulate the point requirement for the higher tier within the next membership period.

Points earned will carry over to the succeeding year but will have a validity of 24 months from the date of the card’s first use, provided that the Cardholder renews the Moment Card membership annually and in a timely manner. 
 

Each Cardholder will have a unique points anniversary date which is the same as their unique Moment Card anniversary. 
 

The status of earned and redeemable points can be monitored through the official website.

Points earned from online transactions will be credited to the Cardholder’s account within 48 hours from purchase or spend.
